Pre Sale Questions

We provide shipping all over the world from Pakistan through UAE. Deliveries can take 10-14 business days.Bridal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.

Brands of PK ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Brands of PK do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

You can cancel your order before the item is handed over to the shipping company.

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

We do not accept returns for online orders.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

We Don't have an exchange policy as the product's are shipped across multiple countries.

On dispatch, you will be provided a Confirmation for your order shipment through email.

After you’ve placed an order of your desired product, a Customer Service Person from the company will contact you on whatsapp on the mobile number you provided previously. After Confirming your order on whatsapp your order will be confirmed for shipping. This process only helps us to improve our delivery system.

As per courier arrangements, the cost of shipping increases with the weight of the order for international shipping.

Cash on Delivery service is not Available for international customers or first time customers, we take all payments in advance and ship the order afterwards.

Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order..
